The Waitui Beach Club project represents a standout luxury development within CMG’s hospitality portfolio. CMG was engaged as the Construction Project Managers, overseeing the full coordination of design development from concept through to construction documentation for this exclusive adults-only beachfront venue.
Working within a live resort environment, the project demanded meticulous planning and staging. CMG led the construction management phase, carefully coordinating works to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing resort operations while delivering a high-end experience that met the client’s vision and international standards.
