CMG was appointed as Project Managers for the extensive refurbishment of a high-end island resort, overseeing the repair, upgrade, and modernisation of key guest and operational facilities. The works included the restoration and enhancement of luxury villas, private pools, and communal infrastructure, as well as comprehensive improvements to back-of-house areas and staff accommodation.

A major component of the project involved the upgrade of the resort’s essential service reticulation systems. CMG successfully managed the planning and execution of utility and infrastructure enhancements, ensuring all systems were modernized to support the resort’s expanded and upgraded facilities—delivering both operational resilience and guest comfort.
