CMG served as Project Managers for the large-scale redevelopment of Nadi International Airport, overseeing significant structural modifications to Fiji’s busiest aviation hub. The project involved the complete transformation of the airport layout, covering over 25,000m² of terminal space.

Scope included the delivery of a new departure terminal, enhanced retail precincts, airline lounges, boarding gates, public amenities, office areas, and back-of-house operational facilities. CMG played a key role in coordinating complex staging and construction activities within an active airport environment, ensuring the project was delivered efficiently while maintaining uninterrupted airport operations.
