The Koko Fijian Restaurant project showcases CMG’s ability to blend cultural authenticity with contemporary functionality. Acting as Construction Project Managers, CMG delivered a design that reflects traditional Fijian architecture while supporting a modern dining experience.

The project required close coordination with artisans and local suppliers, incorporating unique elements such as custom timber joinery for column cladding, cinnamon stick feature ceilings, and curated local artworks. CMG also developed and implemented detailed staging strategies to ensure construction proceeded with minimal impact on resort operations, preserving the overall guest experience throughout the build.
