REFURBISHMENT PROJECT

Byblos Restaurant is a Lebanese-inspired dining venue brought to life through rich materiality and layered interior design. CMG coordinated the full design delivery and approvals process, ensuring the project met both aesthetic ambitions and operational requirements.

The team led the sourcing and procurement of key finishes, including decorative stone, custom timber screens, and feature lighting, all selected to enhance the restaurant’s cultural authenticity. CMG closely monitored construction with a focus on detailing, spatial sequencing, and seamless integration between front-of-house and back-of-house areas.

Delivered under a fast-track programme, the project balanced speed with precision, resulting in a refined dining space that blends quality craftsmanship with Middle Eastern hospitality traditions.
