REFURBISHMENT PROJECT

The Blu Bar and Grill redesign showcases CMG’s capability in transforming existing beachfront venues into dynamic, open dining experiences. CMG led the project from design through to final commissioning, focusing on flexible seating zones that enhance guest flow and comfort.

The scope included comprehensive upgrades to kitchen, bar, and back-of-house facilities to meet current operational and compliance standards. Construction supervision emphasized durability, with particular attention to weatherproofing and coastal wear resistance critical in a beachfront environment.

CMG managed all phases of construction management, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, alongside premium coastal finishes. The project was delivered in staged phases, allowing the venue to maintain revenue generation during peak trading periods.
